By accessing our website, you expressly consent and agree to all of the following terms and conditions. Your satisfaction is of our highest concern, so please take the time to familarise yourself with the following terms and conditions, plus refund and exchange policies. All pricing is in Australian dollars.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
For items or garments which do not fit properly we will exchange the garments providing that:
1. The garment is returned within 7 days of receiving it
2. The garment labels are still attached to the garment
3. The garment has not been worn (except to try the garment on for size*)
4. The garment has not been soiled or damaged
5. The item being exchanged has not been altered by you in any way
6. The item being exchanged is accompanied with the original receipt
7. The item has been returned to us in it's original, undamaged packaging
(* please remember to wear a liner when trying on your lingerie bottom, swimwear or outfit that has a panty bottom. We trust that most people are honest and will take the time to try on lingerie carefully).
We will do our best to exchange your item for the correct size in the same style, subject to stock availability. In the case where we are unable to supply the identical style, we will offer an exchange of another item to the same value of the customer's choice. Postage charges when returning items are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on pantyhose, stockings and adult novelties.
No refunds given for any item purchased.
Should there be any delays in shipping an item out to the client, due to delays with the product from the wholesaler, A Little Mischief Lingerie will offer a choice of purchasing another item up to the same value.

PRICING
We reserve the right to change any price to which we offer our products and to correct any errors in pricing contained in our website. A Little Mischief Lingerie shall have no liability for any changes occured.
DELIVERY
A Little Mischief Lingerie will not accept responsibility for losses incurred once the item has been lodged with the shipping provider, if your order has not been received after our delivery advice has been sent. Please advise us immediately and we will attempt to assist you in locating the parcel. Shipments are not insured, unless specifically requested at a further cost to you the purchaser.
International orders outside of Australia will be charged at the scheduled rate for postage and handling depending on the destination. Delivery addresses on international orders must be the same as the billing address. All foriegn customs, import duties and any taxes or imposts are the responsibility of the purchaser. A Little Mischief Lingerie will not prepay these charges. We hold a strong commitment to your privacy. All information will be handled discreetly and confidentially handled such as payment options, purchasing, contacts and packaging. Your information will not be shared with a third party or sold to anyone outside of our business. Our registration forms require users to provide us with contact information such as names, email addresses. We use this information for order processing, future orders, marketing and promotions of A Little Mischief Lingerie. User information is never disclosed to a third party. If you do not wish to be contacted with future promotions, please email us at admin@alittlemischief.com.au. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems should they arrive on our web server and to administer our site. Your address helps to identify you in the shopping cart for further demographic information.
Ordering online is secure.
Payments are processed through eWAY Payment Gateway which is a secured online payment process of credits cards in real time via the internet. Order details are entered through this website, then the customer is transferred to eWAY's secure Shared Payment page to enter the customer's credit card details. Once the payment is processed the customer is then transferred back to alittlemischief.com.au website with the result of the transaction. An email receipt of purchase will notify the customer of all purchases made.
DIRECT DEPOSIT
When purchasing using our direct deposit facility, your order will be processed upon receipt of your funds and bank clearance which usually takes 2-3 working days. Please add this time to our delivery time frames as stated above. Transfer total amount and including postage to:
